This concert series takes place at the Grand Orangery at Charlottenburg Palace and gives locals and tourists the opportunity of experiencing the era of Baroque in Berlin.

Charlottenburg Palace, the sumptuous Baroque summer residence of Prussian kings, has revolved around artistic creativity and artistic delight since its early days. In a truly exquisite ambiance of candlelight, the Berlin Palace Orchestra presents masterpieces of music, taking the audience on a journey to the golden era of Baroque and classical music. Enjoy this musical journey back in time at one of the most historic and exclusive venues in Berlin. All members of the orchestra as well as staff members are dressed in historic costumes, creating a unique combination of the magic of times past and the amenities of modern‐day life.

The Berlin Palace Orchestra has been formed exclusively for the concert series at Charlottenburg Palace. All members of the ensemble are highly professional and respected musicians from Berlin showing a deep understanding of late Baroque music and music of the classical period as well as a true passion for its interpretation. Endowed with a truly special feeling for music as well a high level of musical homogeneity, the orchestra presents the most outstanding works of this remarkable era to today's audience.
