About the Event

The Masterworks Series at Bargemusic presents some of the best loved compositions of the chamber music repertoire, performed by excellent artists and ensembles. This concert features chamber music works by W.A. Mozart, Eric Ewazen and Johannes Brahms in a unique setting for trumpet, trombone, piano, violin and baritone.

Bargemusic presents chamber music in an unlikely and startlingly beautiful venue—a floating barge at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. Both established and emerging musicians perform at Bargemusic on a small stage with the dramatic backdrop of the East River and lower Manhattan skyline.
