Witness the spectacle of this sixth Biennial of Vocal Art, with all its dramatic interplay between the Baroque, the Lied and present‐day scores of Holliger and Rihm.

Most of the musicians held in the Terezin concentration camp were deported and murdered, but their poignant works remain. Some of the most moving among them are the simple airs that nurse Ilse Weber sang and played on the guitar during her night watches.
