Renowned trumpetist Alison Balsom and the Festival Strings Lucerne will perform a program featuring works by Grieg, Haydn, and Bartók.
The Festival Strings Lucerne, founded in 1956, has established itself as one of the leading chamber orchestras in Europe over the past decades with a broad repertoire — including numerous premieres of Jean Francaix to Krzysztof Penderecki.
