About the event 'The Sound of Music Salzburg & Dinner'

Enjoy this top stage show, including your favourite songs from "The Sound of Music".  This unique "Trapp Family Folk Music Revival" features "The Hills are Alive", "Doe-a-Deer", "Edelweiss", and many wonderful traditional Austrian melodies. 

At the beginning of the evening, a historical video featuring Maria von Trapp will give you first-hand information about this true and remarkable story.  A selection of melodies from great operettas and traditional folk songs with live piano accompaniment complete this unforgettable evening.

Sing and dance along with the Sound of Music Singers! All entertainment during the show will be in English.

The Sound of Music Dinner Menu
A three course dinner by candlelight, with bread and spread and iced water on table. Choose between the classic "Baron von Trapp"(A) or the "Salzburg Special"(B) menu. There are also meals for vegetarians and for fish lovers available - please indicate this preference when you reserve.

Small boiled beef aspic with pumpkin seed oil, radishes, and baby onions

Potato cream soup with porcini mushrooms

Broiled filet of pork on herb jus with polenta nuggets and broccoli

One drink included in menu: beer, white/red wine or soft drink. There are menu choices for vegetarians. Please ask when making reservations.
