The Flower of Hawaii
ABOUT THE EVENT
Paul Abraham's operetta "The Flower of Hawaii" is a great mixture of colourful cabaret, jazzy rhythms and exotic tunes!
A Hawaiian princess returns from Paris to her homeland, where she must decide between a local prince and an American marine officer, while at the same time ensuring peace between the island dwellers and the American colonial powers. Paul Abraham's "colonial operetta" is a brilliant piece of vaudeville combining jazz rhythms with exotic sounds.
