Bayreuth Festival 2012 in Barcelona

After more than 50 years the Bayreuth Festival will leave its Bavarian home to give five performances at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. During the Bayreuth Festival in Barcelona, concert versions of Wagner's Flying Dutchman (German: Der Fliegende Holländer), Lohengrin, and Tristan und Isolde will be performed by the Bayreuth musicians under the conductors Sebastian Weigle and Peter Schneider.
