About the event 'Rome Festival: Carmen'

Each summer artists come to the Rome Festival from all over Italy, the United States, and at least nine other countries. They perform in historical palace courtyards with the Rome Festival Orchestra, Opera, Ballet, Concert Chorus, and Chamber Music Ensembles.

Bizet's opera will be performed by the Rome Festival Opera company and Orchestra directed by Fritz Maraffai.
