ABOUT THE EVENT

Gleb Sedelnikov's opera, "Arme Leute" (Poor Folk, 1973), based on Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel, will be performed at the Theater an der Wien.

Gleb Sedelnikov was born in Moscow in 1944 and wrote "Poor Folk", his one-act epistolary opera, for the Moscow Chamber Music Theatre.
