About the event 'Mozart Dinner & New Years Gala'
Enjoy a great New Year's Eve with arias and duets from famous operas such as "The Magic Flute", "Don Giovanni" and "Le Nozze di Figaro". You will hear the "Champagne Aria" or the "Aria of the Queen of the Night"!
During the concert breaks you can choose between two menus:
Imperial
Variation of salmon on mousse of sour creme and radish
Essence of gail with small ricotta dumpling and vegetable rhombs
Lobster au gratin on risotto of saffron and champagne-buttersauce or
Filet of veal crusted in tomato with noodles of morel and chardonnay foam
Iced dessert wine praline on passion fruit and dark chocolate
