The enthusiasm that Martin Grubinger brings to his instruments is simply amazing.

With his programme, "Planet Percussion", Grubinger brings another daring large-scale project to Berlin. With 30 fellow musicians, the Austrian percussionist will lead the audience on a dynamic expedition around the world. Over 200 percussive instruments from all continents are played by ten musicians. Brass, strings, and a piano duo complete the enormous ensemble.

Together, they set the Berliner Philharmonie in motion for three hours of power and rhythm from around the world.
