ABOUT THE EVENT

Enjoy a great Jazz Concert with a delicious Dinner at the four star Grand Hotel Prague!

Dinner will be served during the concert, while you enjoy some of the most famous compositions - played on the piano and trumpet - by such jazz legends as Amstrong, Sinatra, Gershwin, Miller, Mancini, Porter, Berlin and many others!

The concerts will take place at the hotel cafe located in the first floor of the Grand Hotel Praha. The cafe has a spectacular view at Old Town Square and the famous Astronomical Clock - one of the main monuments in Prague.

Dinner:

Cold Entrées

Prawn cocktail with lemon

Marinated octopus with dried tomatoes and artichokes

Mozzarella with tomatoes, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Hot Entrées

 Marinated tiger prawns with dill and parsley

Grilled vegetables baked with goat cheese

Chicken ragout

Fish kebab with orange and bay leaves /salmon, saltwater catfish/

Grilled pepper steak with many-coloured pepper and roasted bacon

Grilled pork sirloin with boletus mushroom sauce

Mixture of leaf lettuce with raspberry vinaigrette

Baked Provencal tomatoes with fresh basil

Homemade ravioli with goat cheese, arugula and tomato salsa
