CLASSICTIC is an internet portal specialized in the sale of tickets for classical concerts, operas and events. You have found us at www.Classictic.com. At CLASSICTIC all sales are primary sales, with CLASSICTIC functioning as the medium, or agent between customer and presenter, no secondary or re-sales are offered through the portal.

Book your tickets only hours prior to the event - As you receive your tickets from us via E-mail directly after your order, there are for the most events no delayed delivery times (and no forwarding expenses). You just have to print the e-Ticket and go to the entrance or box-office. This means that you are able to book your tickets only hours before attending your event.
Rebooking of tickets is possible - Same event, but another date preferred? We offer the possibility of changing the date of the event you ordered. Simply send us an E-mail at least 5 days prior to the date of the event you originally booked . Please understand that we must first learn from the organizer of your event if there are remaining tickets available to make this service possible for you.

The purchase of tickets is quick and uncomplicated:
ONLINE: Select Date, Amount of Tickets and Category in the ticket window at the right on every product page. Click on “Order Tickets Now”. You will then see your Shopping Cart with your desired product. Now you can find and add more products to your Shopping Cart. If you have completed your selection complete the simple order steps. You receive your e-Ticket via E-mail some minutes after your order is submitted.
ONSITE: At your chosen event – Arrive at the entrance or box-office with your printed e-Ticket and personal identification just before the event begins. It couldn’t be more convenient.
You will find all important information regarding the event on your e-Ticket.
For convenience and cost reduction you will receive your e-Ticket electronically via E-mail, also eliminating the mailing fees. Simply present your printed e-Ticket with personal identification at the box office or ticket window before your event starts. It could not be more convenient.
The tickets can be printed using any normal inkjet or laser printer, and on normal 8.5" x 11" paper. Also, they do not have to be printed in color - black & white ink is acceptable.
As soon as you purchase tickets, an email receipt containing a link to your tickets is automatically sent to the email address you provided. If you need to reprint, follow this link to print your tickets again. You may reprint your tickets using this link as often as you wish, and there is no charge for doing so. If you have not received your confirmation email, please email our Customer Center, and we will resend it to you. Also, if your email client has a spam or junk folder, please be sure to check there for your confirmation email.
Yes. You can still order your tickets online and forward the purchase confirmation email that you will receive to any computer with a working printer, and print your tickets from there.
If an event is cancelled by the presenter we will contact you immediately and inform you of all other possible alternatives. If you are not interested in the alternatives, we automatically refund you the total amount of your purchased tickets for the event.
Your advantage at CLASSICTIC: there are no tickets that you will be required to send back to us; no need to worry about any kind of return date deadlines. Within one month your refund should be deposited into your bank account. Our experience is that customers usually receive their refund in as little as one week’s time. Please understand, that we cannot guarantee this expediency for all our worldwide customers.
If, after one month, you still have not received your refund for the cancelled event please contact our Customer Center and we will investigate immediately. Please notice that this service is only possible, if you purchased the tickets at CLASSICTIC and the event is cancelled by the presenter of the event.
The standard delivery method for tickets is via Email at no charge to customers. For tickets ordered per telephone or fax there will be an additional fee of 5 euros charged for this service. If you are unable to receive your tickets via Email we are obliged to charge a 5 Euro handling/postage fee. If you wish to order more than 15 tickets, please contact us here to receive a special offer and further payment possibilities.
Yes, if you do send an order for one of the products offered at the CLASSSICTIC portal a contract between you and the respective organizer is created. You will find further information about this topic in our General Terms and Conditions (Paragraph 1 and 2).
There are none - there are neither forwarding expenses nor retarded delivery times, because usually the tickets will not be sent to you at all. Please read "How do I receive my ordered tickets?" on this HELP-page for additional information.
Same event, but other date preferred? We give you the possibility to change the date of the event you ordered! Just send us an email at least 5 days prior to the date of the event you originally booked for. That's all! Please understand that we have to check with the organizer of the event, if there are enough tickets left to make this service possible.
Yes, it is. The protection of all kinds of personal data is the basis of a trusting relationship between you and CLASSICTIC. If you order at CLASSICTIC, we need your name, E-mail address and your payment information. This information is compellingly necessary for the completion of your order. We commit ourselves to immediately delete your payment information after it has been processed. All data given to us is passed through our high security server with the most up to date security technologies in the industry.
