CLASSICTIC is an internet portal specialized in the sale of tickets for classical concerts, operas and events. You have found us at www.Classictic.com. At CLASSICTIC all sales are primary sales, with CLASSICTIC functioning as the medium, or agent between customer and presenter, no secondary or re-sales are offered through the portal.

Book your tickets only hours prior to the event - As you receive your tickets from us via E-mail, there are for the most events no delayed delivery times (and no forwarding expenses). You just have to print the e-Ticket and go to the entrance or box-office. This means that you in most cases are able to book your tickets only hours before attending your event.

Rebooking of ticket possible, at no costs - for same event, but if another date is preferred. Read more info on this further below on this page.

How do I order tickets with CLASSICTIC?

The purchase of tickets is quick and uncomplicated:

ONLINE: Select Date, Amount of Tickets and Category in the ticket window at the right on every event- or venue page. Click on “Add to Cart”. You will then see your Shopping Cart with your desired product(s). Now you can find and add more products to your Shopping Cart. If you have completed your selection complete the simple order steps. You receive your e-Ticket via E-mail after your order is submitted.

ONSITE:
At your chosen performance – arrive at the entrance or box-office with your printed e-Ticket and personal identification just before the event begins. 
You will find all important information regarding the event on your e-Ticket. It cannot be more convenient.

How do I receive my ordered tickets?

For convenience and cost reduction you will receive your e-Ticket electronically via E-mail, also eliminating the mailing fees. Simply present your printed e-Ticket with personal identification at the entrance or box office before the performance starts.

What if I cannot find or lose my tickets?

As soon as you purchase tickets, you will find a link (after your payment) where you can download your e-Ticket on our website. Also, the e-Ticket is being sent as attachment to the confirmation email we send to your provided email address. If your email client has a spam or junk folder, please be sure to check there for your confirmation email.
 
As a further option, you may log in to your MyClassictic online account to download your e-Ticket from there. If you do not have any MyClassictic online account yet, you can set up an account anytime - just click on "MyClassictic" in the menu on the top of this page to register. Please ensure to use the same email address you used to buy your tickets, in order to find them in your online account. You may reprint your e-Tickets as often as you wish, and there is no charge for doing so.
 
If you have not received any information from us within 30 minutes after your order placement, and none of the above mentioned options work for you, please email our Customer Center, and we will resend your e-Ticket to you.

What if I don't have any printer, can I still use your site?

Yes. You can still order your tickets online and forward the purchase confirmation email that you will receive to any computer with a working printer, and print your tickets from there. You may also log into your MyClassictic online account and fax your e-Ticket from there (i.e. to the hotel reception where you stay). You may also contact our Customer Center, and we can fax your e-Ticket for you at no costs. For most of the offered performances, you can also receive a Mobile Ticket from us: Login to your MyClassictic online account in order to receive it.

What kind of printer, paper and ink do I use to print my tickets?

The e-Ticket can be printed using any normal inkjet or laser printer, and on normal 8.5" x 11" ("A4") paper. Also, it does not have to be printed in color - black & white ink is acceptable.

What happens with my tickets if the event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled by the presenter we will contact you immediately and inform you of all other possible alternatives. If you are not interested in any alternatives, please tell us, and we will automatically refund you the total amount, 100%, of your purchased tickets for the event.  We refund within 10 days. Depending on the country where you are situated, it may take more time before you will find your refunded money on your bank- or credit card statement.

One of the advantages at CLASSICTIC: there are no tickets that you will be required to send back to us; no need to worry about any kind of return date deadlines. And no fees charged of course.

If, after one month, you still have not received your refund for the cancelled event, please contact our Customer Center and we will investigate it immediately. Please notice that this service is only possible if you purchased your tickets at CLASSICTIC and the event is cancelled by the presenter of the event.

How do the prices compare with CLASSICTIC?

CLASSICTIC works directly with all presenters and venues, and does not do any re-sales of tickets.  Since CLASSICTIC has high sales volumes, we are able to keep the prices very low.

The standard delivery method for tickets is via email and/or mobile phone - at no charge to customers.  For some performances, we are forced to add a little fee. If there is a fee, it will be displayed in our order process online. For tickets ordered per telephone or fax there will be an additional fee of 5 Euro charged. If you wish to order more than 12 tickets, please consult us here to receive an individual offer.

Is a ticket reservation binding?

Yes, after your ticket purchase, a contract between you and the respective organizer is created. You will find further information about this topic in our General Terms and Conditions.

How high are the forwarding expenses for me?

There are none - there are neither forwarding expenses nor retarded delivery times, because your tickets will be sent to you via email as an e-Ticket and/or to your mobile device as a Mobile Ticket.


Is rebooking of tickets possible?

Yes, it is also for free. We give you the possibility to change the date of the same event you ordered. You can send a change request in your MyClassictic online account until 5 days prior to the date of the event you originally booked for, or send us an email.  The organizer receives your change request from us immediately, and he will check his possibilities. If there are available seats, you will receive a new e-Ticket and/or Mobile Ticket from us.


Is my personal data protected?

Yes. Trust us. Classictic only needs your name, country and email to carry out your purchase. Also your payment information is needed, which is not being stored in our own system - it is solely processed by our payment partners (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Paypal). The data given to us is passed through high security servers with the most up to date security technologies. Under no circumstances will your personal data be passed on to third parties for any other purposes.

How do I purchase an online Gift Certificate?

You will find a great gift for all with the Classictic Gift Certificate. Simply enter the name of the recipient, the name of the giver, and the amount you would like to have on the Gift Certificate, then choose your card motif and write a personal message. The drop down menu offers you more choices to personalize the way your Gift Certificate will appear. Click on the preview tab to see how your card is looking, and submit. The Classictic Gift Card is valid for one year towards the online purchase of all events on the portal. Should your gift recipient choose an event that cost less than the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will be held as long as the gift certificate is valid. Your purchased Gift Certificate arrives via email, either to you, to print and give, or directly via email to your gift recipient.

Yes, we can mostly give very competitive prices for groups, since we have high volumes of ticket sales. Please just contact us here to receive an offer for your groups.


Can you organize more personalized events for us?

We certainly gladly do for you! We also arrange incentive events together with partners, concert houses and/or event organizers. We listen to your needs and can often arrange singers, orchestras and venue halls – actually everything from fixing exclusive dinners to the placement of decoration on the tables. Please notice that it is easier for all parties, if you contact us in good time ahead of your planned date of event.


Can we reserve a single event exclusively for our group?

Depending on the group size we can in many cases arrange one exclusive event for your group at your desired hall, together with orchestra, soloists and the needed staff at the venue. Please just contact our Business Client Department here for all your demands and wishes.

Can we take a look at the location in forehand?

Please just contact our Business Client Department here. We will try to arrange a person at the venue who gladly takes care of you and shows you around.


Can we reserve a single hall exclusively through you?

Can you send us an invoice after our ticket-order?

You can login anytime to your MyClassictic online account, where you can view and download payment confirmations of your purchases for documentation of your business expenses.

We are flexible - you decide. Just tell us your desired time frames for selling your tickets. For most events we sell tickets until only hours prior to the events, which gives you the possibility to sell a maximum of tickets.
