This translation is general and informative in its intent. For all legal purposes refer to the German language version of the Terms and Conditions of Operation established by this firm, Classictic.com, legally  registered and licensed in Germany.

Dear Customer,

The following terms and conditions of business define the contract agreement between you, the customer, and Classictic, for all services and information provided by us. The orders for tickets or other goods through Classictic are exclusively subject to, and in accordance with, the following terms and conditions.

1. Contract partners and conditions
Purchasing tickets or other accessories, results in a contractual agreement exclusively between you and the respective event organizer. Classictic arranges sales contracts on behalf of, and in the name of the event organizer. You assign Classictic to carry out the terms of the contract agreement.

2. Contract settlement
You accept the conditions of the contract at the price listed on the order form of Classictic’s website, as soon as the button indicating the order of the ticket or goods is clicked. When your order details have been assigned, the event organizer accepts your contract offer, provided that the number of tickets in the selected price range are available at the time of payment. Should your payment be insufficient, the contract is null and void.

The sale is in the international category, when you purchase tickets from a country outside of Germany. For sales contracts of this kind, German laws or the laws within your own country apply. The court of jurisdiction is either Berlin or the nearest court of jurisdiction of your residence abroad. Since contract relations ensue strictly between you and the event organizer, Classictic has no further obligation to provide you with information, such as cancellation or relocation of an event. However, Classictic will make every effort to inform you about such changes if Classictic receives such information. Regarding services provided by Classictic, especially tickets for events, the German sales laws pertaining to internet sales are not applicable to sales contracts made with us (see §1 section 3 Nr. 6FernAbsG.). The right to revoke a contract within 2 weeks is not applicable. All ticket orders are final and binding following the confirmation by Classictic, and you are obliged to pay the full amount.

3. Booking conditions, delivery and price components
After ordering tickets by Classictic, you receive a confirmation from us via email, together with a Classictic E-Ticket attached. You have to print the attached Classictic E-Ticket and show it together with your ID-Card (such as Driver's License or Passport) at the entrance or box office, in order to attend the event. The order confirmation provides all of the necessary information regarding attendance of the event.

The ticket delivery itself costs nothing. Shipment is not necessary, since the entire booking process is done electronically. However, by implicit demand upon shipment, an additional 10 Euros is charged for the shipping of gift certificates or tickets. Classictic is in no way responsible for the shipment. Bookings via the Internet or via email are all binding. The cost of the ticket is debited to the provided credit card. You are obliged to inform us via email at info@classictic.com within 72 hours, if you have not received a response from us after your booking. Classictic sells tickets based upon sales divisions, according to the “first come - first serve” basis, within the respective seating sales categories. You receive your dedicated seats at the entrance.

4. Payment conditions
The stated product prices on the order form of Classictic’s website and/or the sales prices mentioned in phone sales are all final prices. They all include value added taxes, no further costs are added. All prices are listed in Euros, Dollars and/or British Pounds. Payments are to be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard) or by bank transfer.

All transactions are encoded according to the latest SSL 128-Bit standards. This protocol encrypts the order information, preventing third parties from reading the given data. When the system is working with SSL, the URL switches from http:// to https://, and the browser´s toolbar is replaced by the symbol of a key or a padlock. All financial transactions ensue through Classictic in Berlin, Germany. Transactions are listed as CLASSICTIC.COM on your credit card invoice. Your credit card will be charged immediately following your purchase. All orders are processed immediately. We recommend that you print out your booking details together with these terms and conditions and store them for personal reference.

5. Event cancellations, ticket non-availability and unsatisfactory events
In the following cases you have the right to receive 100% reimbursement of your ticket purchase by Classictic: Should an ordered event be canceled or not taking place for any reason, you will be notified immediately via email and advised about alternative events. The same occurs for ticket non-availabilities for your ordered event. Ticket non-availabilities may occur, though seldom, in the cases that an event organizer has a high ticket demand, or the case in which you have booked the ticket in too short of a time period prior to the event; in which case our booking system is not electronically connected with the system of the respective event organizer. If you do not accept any alternatives from us and notifies us that you want your money refunded, you have the right to receive a 100% reimbursement. Classictic will refund your money within one month of your notification. Should an event be perceived as unsatisfactory, to no fault of Classictic, Classictic can in no way be held accountable for this, and you have no right to any kind of reimbursement.

6. Customer order cancellations
Since all bookings are binding and your purchase of tickets results in a contractual agreement exclusively between you and the respective event organizer, you have no right of any kind to a reimbursement for order cancellations or for not showing up at the event in time for whatever reason. However, you should notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend an event. We will then, on your behalf, try to cancel your order by the respective event organizer and strive towards an entire or partial reimbursement for you.

7. Gift Cards
Classictic Gift Cards can be redeemed for ticket purchases for all listed events on our website. The Classictic Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for cash refunds. A Classictic Gift Card cannot be used to purchase further Gift Cards. The Classictic Gift Card has to be redeemed within 1 year from the date of issue. The issue date is to be found on your Classictic Gift Card. If your order amount exceeds the value or rest-value of your Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with your credit card on our order form. Classictic is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

8. Information liabilities and privacy policy
All of the information on this website is carefully checked and updated on a regular basis. Classictic is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided directly by the event organizers or promoters. This includes, but is not limited to, all data concerning time and place of an event, viewing options and visibility, program and line-up, execution and quality of events. The use for commercial purposes as well as the reproduction and distribution of the content on this website, without our explicit allowance, is prohibited.

Classictic only uses personal data such as name, address and email as specified by the German data protection laws. Classictic is entitled to use this and to securely pass it along to third parties, should this be necessary in order to carry out a sales contract. Your personal data will for no other purposes under no circumstances, be passed on to third parties.

9. Closing clause
Classictic reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time and without explanation. Such changes do not apply to already processed orders or offers. Should individual terms and conditions become invalid, the validity of the contract remains unchanged.

Only German laws apply. The United Nation's agreement regarding international sales (CiSG) do not apply. For international contracts, the exclusive court of jurisdiction for any and all disputes regarding a sales contract, falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany (Article 17 of the European agreement regarding the legal jurisdiction and execution of legal decisions of public and commercial issues, September 27., 1968 "EuGVU") or the nearest court of jurisdiction at the end-customer's residence abroad. Classictic reserves the right to contact any other court of jurisdiction, as according to the "EuGVU" laws of September 27., 1968.
