About the event
At the Budapest Festival 2009, Bartók's most famous musictheatre Bluebeard’s Castle will be presented in an semi-staged performance.Following an excellent recording and a highly successful New York performance, the two famous Hungarian singers will perform again of the hopeless love of Judit and Bluebeard in Budapest.
Enjoy the two international opera stars Ildikó Komlósi (Metropolitan Opera) and Laszlo Polgar (Opernhaus Zurich) under the musical direction of conductor János Kovács in this tragic music drama!
