Lots of 20th‐century music this season, from Debussy to Shostakovich and from Szymanowski to Penderecki, who will be in Brussels to conduct his own music.
There will also be symphonies by Beethoven and Brahms and Lang Lang performing Liszt and Chopin. Boulez will be returning with the London Symphony Orchestra this time, as will Gergiev, with the Concertgebouw, and Chailly, with the Gewandhaus.
