The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is one of the world's most famous operas. Helmuth Lohner's staging reflects on the old Viennese roots of this Mozart opera and sets off in search of the original, Viennese look of the world premiere. Leopold Hager is sure to provide an individual reading of the score matured over his decade-long study of Mozart’s music. Matthias Klink, also cast in "Sophies Choice", is one of the leading Mozart tenors on the stage today.
